No, there is forgiveness available for any possible thing you have done in your life. But that forgiveness is only available to those who believe on and fully trust in Jesus Christ as the only source for that forgiveness. The bible says the following:

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1John 1:9

The bible is clear that once a person is saved, nothing can separate you from God's love and Salvation!

Jesus says that NOTHING can separate us from His salvation:

My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.(John 10:27-29)

After we are saved, we are sealed by God with the Holy Spirit:

In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.(Ephesians 1:13-14)

God does not leave you hanging once you are saved. His word gives you perfect confidence that you have eternal life that He has promised you:

These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.(1 John 5:13)

John makes it absolutely clear that you can know for sure that you have the eternal life promised by God. Period!
